Issue an RFO

Submit your Scope of Work (SOW) and Bidder Declaration to brenden@house-of-gentry.com. Reference the applicable CMAS number(s).

Receive a Proposal

We respond with personnel resumes, a cost worksheet, and a fixed-price task structure — typically within 5 business days.

03

Issue a Purchase Order

Reference CMAS #3-25-09-1013 for IT scope, #4-26-05-1051 for Non-IT scope, or both for combined engagements.

04

Work Begins

Deliverables are tracked per SOW with Work Order Authorizations at each milestone. No competitive bidding required.
